The Vision — What We're Building and Why

The Vision — What We're Building and Why

Some dreams don't arrive all at once. They show up in pieces — a conversation, a craving, a moment where you think, what if?

For me, it started with Cuban coffee.

If you've never had a proper Cuban coffee — thick, sweet, almost syrupy with a crema on top that makes you stop mid-sip — you haven't lived. And the moment I had my first one, I knew it had no business being a secret. It belonged on a street corner. It belonged in someone's hands on a cold Colorado morning. It belonged on a trailer.

What We're Building

The Central Plains Tea & Coffee Co mobile trailer is exactly what it sounds like: a fully equipped coffee trailer that brings premium, specialty coffee and tea directly to the communities we love. Based out of Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, the plan is to launch in early 2027 and spend the summer hitting events, markets, and surrounding communities across the plains.

The menu vision is simple but intentional:

  • Cuban coffee — the heart of it all
  • Italian sodas — bright, refreshing, and endlessly customizable
  • Zucchini bread — because every great cup deserves something worth biting into

It's not a corporate coffee cart. It's a rolling extension of everything Central Plains Tea & Coffee Co stands for — premium quality, all-natural ingredients, and the belief that a great cup of something warm (or cold) can change the tone of your whole day.

Why Mobile?

Because Cheyenne Wells is small. And the communities around us deserve more than a drive-through chain.

Going mobile means we can meet people where they are — at the farmers market, the local rodeo, the school fundraiser, the Saturday morning tailgate. It means we're not waiting for customers to find us. We're showing up.

That's always been the Central Plains way.

Where We Are Right Now

I'll be honest with you, because that's how we do things here.

The trailer isn't built yet. The business plan is written. The vision is clear. But the path between vision and reality takes funding, and funding takes time. We're working through it — step by step, the same way we built this brand from the ground up.

When the GoFundMe launches, you'll be the first to know. And when you share it, you won't just be helping us buy a trailer. You'll be helping bring something real and community-rooted to the plains.

Stay with us.

The cup is coming. So is the trailer.
